Privacy Policy

modelvideohub ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use, store, and share it, and the choices available to you. By using the service, you acknowledge this policy; if you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Information we may collect

  • Account details: such as email, display name, and profile image (if you sign in with a third party, we receive what that provider shares within their authorization scope).
  • Usage and logs: such as access times, device and browser identifiers, approximate region, and diagnostic or error logs.
  • Creative inputs: prompts, reference images, audio, or video you submit are processed to deliver the service using our databases, object storage, and related infrastructure (e.g. job queuing, fulfillment, dispute handling), and authorized model or inference providers that we integrate; the exact providers are described in product documentation as they go live.
  • Transactions: when a payment gateway is connected, payment processors handle card and billing details; we typically retain only order summaries and status.

2. How we use information

We use it to: provide and secure accounts; deliver AI generation and asset management; analyze and improve reliability and performance; fulfill orders and invoicing; and comply with law and resolve disputes.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies (including session cookies) to maintain sign-in and security. You can manage cookies in your browser, which may affect some features. We do not currently require third-party advertising pixels for profiling; if that changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

4. Sharing and processors

The following vendors process personal data under our instructions or their own disclosed terms:

  • Supabase: authentication, Postgres database, realtime channels, Storage buckets, and logs we configure for sessions, profiles, generations, billing flags, and support evidence.
  • Google: OAuth sign-in credentials you consent to via Google Identity (when you choose "Continue with Google").
  • Creem: subscription checkout, invoicing artefacts, Merchant-of-Record refunds and chargebacks surfaced in their dashboard.
  • Inference partners (for example endpoints we route to under environment configuration, commonly referenced in code as GRSAI-compatible services): prompts, uploads, and prompts metadata may transit to fulfil image/video generations.
  • Hosting: the web application is ordinarily deployed through Vercel; they may observe request metadata typical of edge/hosting/CDN routing.
  • Operational email: general user support inbound at support@modelvideohub.com resides on whichever mailbox DNS you configure at modelvideohub.com; password reset or auth mail is sent according to Supabase/auth provider settings configured in Supabase Dashboard.
  • Analytics / observability: we minimise third-party trackers; §3 describes cookie use. If we add product analytics domains later, they will appear here once enabled.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. International transfers

Your data may be stored or processed on servers outside your country or region. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) and will notify you of material changes when appropriate.

6. Retention

  • Account: name, avatar, quota counters, billing flags retained while active; after deletion or closure we delete profile rows or anonymise identifiers typically within thirty days unless law or active disputes require retention.
  • Generations: prompts and outputs stored so you can retrieve them from the product while the account exists. When you delete individual assets or complete an account-closure process coordinated with support, we delete the underlying objects on a best-effort schedule; encrypted backups may persist for up to roughly 90 days before removal.
  • Payments: aggregated status (plan tier, timestamps) persists for accounting; detailed card data stays with Creem. We mirror subscription state needed to enforce quotas.
  • Support correspondence sent to support@modelvideohub.com is archived on our mailboxes for dispute resolution routinely up to 24 months.
  • Security investigations may extend immutable logs where required to analyse abuse — see our Terms/AUP counterpart for enforcement.

7. Your rights

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or restrict or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for optional processing (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). For account-wide export of creative assets stored in-product, include the word "Export" in the subject when mailing support@modelvideohub.com; we reply within reasonable timeframes given volume.

8. Minors

If you are below the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, do not use the service. If we learn we collected a minor's information without parental consent, we will delete it.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, key management, etc.). No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials as well.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy on the site. For safety or policy reports about user-submitted content, see our Acceptable use policy. Contact: support@modelvideohub.com

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another region with specific privacy rights, we may provide additional notices or contact paths in supplementary materials.
