Acceptable use policy

1. No illegal or harmful outputs

You may not use the service to produce, solicit, or distribute unlawful material, credible threats of violence, or instructions that enable serious crimes.

2. Child safety

Sexual depiction or sexualization of minors (real or synthetic) is strictly prohibited and will lead to termination and escalation to law enforcement where applicable.

3. No adult, pornographic, or NSFW content

You may not use modelvideohub to create, request, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise Not-Safe-For-Work ("NSFW") images or videos. This includes nudity intended for sexual arousal, graphic sexual acts, fetish content, or escort / sexual services marketing. We may block prompts, refuse generation, or remove outputs that violate this rule even when other filters do not trigger first.

4. Harassment, hate, terror

Do not create content targeting individuals for harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery (including deepfake pornography), hate propaganda, terrorism, extremist glorification, or violence against protected groups when context shows harm.

5. IP, privacy, deception

• Infringing third-party copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets;
• Distributing private data obtained without lawful authority;
• Government impersonation, election interference, deceptive banking or payment scams, counterfeit documents.

6. Malware and abusive automation

Do not probe, circumvent, scrape, automate to evade quotas, interfere with uptime, distribute malware through outputs, or test policy boundaries at scale.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Moderation surfaces. Before or after generation, text prompts, uploaded references, and model outputs may be evaluated by automated systems and, where appropriate, reviewed by human operators acting for modelvideohub or upstream vendors.

Outcomes. We may refuse to run a generation, delete or withhold outputs, rate-limit accounts, suspend features, terminate accounts, or refuse future refunds tied to misuse, consistently with law and our Refund policy. We may notify partners or authorities when required.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and how you use or redistribute generated media, including compliance with law and third-party rights.

To report abusive content tied to modelvideohub, email support@modelvideohub.com with relevant URLs or job IDs where available.
