Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides registered users with web-based creation, management, and presentation features, using third-party or proprietary models and infrastructure. Available features depend on the version deployed at the time. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, compliance, or supplier reasons, with notice when practicable.

Generation depends on network conditions and inference partners. Requests may queue, complete with delay, or be temporarily unavailable when a model vendor or region is degraded. These limits are part of how the Service is provided and are reflected in our Refund & cancellation policy for failed versus successful runs.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. If you believe your account was used without authorization, contact us immediately at support@modelvideohub.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably suspect risk or misuse.

3. Plans, monthly quotas, and billing

• Free and paid plans (e.g. Lite / Pro) are described primarily through monthly image and video generation quotas. Specific amounts, reset cadence (currently calendar month UTC), and in-product copy prevail; prices, currency, and taxes appear on the checkout page when payments go live.
• Subscription cancellation: when you cancel through Creem or linked billing controls, recurring renewals stop. Subject to Creem/card network wording, paid plan features and quotas generally remain available until the end of the billing period already paid. We do not routinely refund the remainder of an active period; see Refund policy for exceptions required by law.
• When checkout is unavailable or pages show that payments are closed, no automatic recurring charges are initiated from modelvideohub. Refund eligibility once checkout is live follows our Refund & cancellation policy.
• If you submit a generation while signed in and the job is queued, our rules may reserve quota for that period. Failed jobs are treated as described in the Refund policy.
• Quotas and account benefits are not cash equivalents and are non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise.

4. Content and compliance

You agree not to upload or generate unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or content that is hateful, obscene, terror-related, fraudulent, sexually explicit (including adult / NSFW material as defined in our Acceptable Use policy), or contrary to export controls. We may remove, block, or restrict content as required by law or policy, and cooperate with authorities when legally required. Your responsibility for AI inputs and outputs. You are solely responsible for the prompts and files you submit, how you instruct the Service, how you distribute or monetize outputs, and for ensuring those uses comply with law, licences, contracts, brand rules, likeness rights, safety rules, and the policies of underlying model vendors. Outputs may be flawed; you assess fitness for any commercial, medical, legal, or civic purpose yourself.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's interface, code, copy, and trademarks are protected by applicable law. Ownership of outputs from prompts may depend on product disclosures or agreements between you and upstream model providers; use outputs only as permitted by law and those policies. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service without authorization.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. We disclaim liability to the extent allowed for losses due to force majeure, third-party services, or your own conduct.

7. Limitation of liability

If we are liable for direct damages proven to arise from the Service, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, a reasonable fixed cap), except where mandatory law does not allow such a cap.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate for material breach if not cured within a reasonable time. After termination, you may request export of data where law or our policies allow and it is technically feasible.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of modelvideohub, excluding conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply. Parties will attempt good-faith resolution first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction for the defendant, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If our corporate seat or service operations change, a future addendum may refine venue.
