Paid subscription refunds follow our legal Refund policy. First-time monthly buyers who contact us within 7 days with light testing may receive a goodwill refund when eligible. Refunds on renewals are generally limited once a period has started, except where law requires otherwise. See /legal/refund or email support@modelvideohub.com.
Cancel through the Creem customer portal or billing controls we link when checkout is live. Cancellation stops future renewals. If your in-app plan lags after canceling, email us — webhooks keep entitlements in sync once fully verified.
Lite includes a fixed number of combined image + video generation credits per calendar month (UTC). Unused credits usually do not roll over unless we say so in-product. Credits are not cash and are not transferable.
Jobs that error or time out after you submit should not consume your monthly allowance when marked failed in-product. If a charge posted but your plan did not unlock, email us with the approximate purchase time for manual reconciliation.
